Job Title: Logistics Customer Service Representative
Location: Lewisville, TX ***Hybrid remote after going permanent!
Pay Rate: $21/hr.
Duration: Temp to Hire!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Job Duties:
Input, validate, and manage customer orders received via email, customer portals, and by phone.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate delivery schedules and shipments in a timely and organized manner to customers.
Interface with buyers and production planners to achieve on-time customer delivery, while communicating new and upcoming customer requirements, and facilitating expedites with buyers, suppliers, and local distribution teams when necessary.
Process returns, credits, debits, and denials
Provide customs documentation for international shipments
Job Requirements:
2+ year(s) of experience in Customer Service
Knowledge of supply chain systems preferred
Must be proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word
Must be capable of using AS/400 based system (J.D. Edwards is a major plus!)
Ability to multitask with good attention to detail
Experience with EDI based systems are a major plus
