Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous customer service with customers, vendors and internal offices via e-mails, calls, messages, etc.
• Coordinates with agents and partners and ensure that all shipments are properly handled and documented.
• Sort, process and distribute all documentation for inbound and outgoing orders and direct shipments.
• Handling and resolving order and operational troubleshooting
• Basic Computer skills
• Work schedule would be M-F Fulltime 830am-530pm
• Overtime if necessary

Experience/Requirements

• Minimum requirement High School diploma or GED.
• Being able to work independently and part of a team
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must have great organizational skills
• Outgoing and forward-thinking mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Minimum of 1 year of Global Forwarding or warehousing experience
