We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Entry level, Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at American National. As an Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships with our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure the timely processing of tenders. By actively engaging with customers, you will contribute to the growth and retention of customer accounts, fostering a positive and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building and nurturing strong business relationships with customers.
• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and scheduling conflicts promptly and accurately.
• Monitoring and managing a shared email box to provide timely responses to customer queries.
• Collaborating with the Carrier Relations Team to track loads and furnish customers with necessary updates.
• Soliciting new lanes and freight from existing customers to expand business opportunities.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information within the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of customers.
• Overseeing customer loads and verifying all pertinent details, including pickup and delivery windows.
• Assisting the Customer Relations Manager and leadership team with various tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and decisively when addressing customer issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining positive business relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, ensuring tasks are completed with timeliness and efficiency.
• Proficient using Gmail and Microsoft Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
