As a CUSTOMER SERVICE representative, you will be responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and helping the customer by being informative, empathetic, positive, and eager to solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any inquiry such as:

• Assisting customers with any questions, concerns, or payments regarding their insurance policy.
• Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn and follow all CUSTOMER SERVICE procedures and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities.
• Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations.
• Must have people skills.

Customer Service Requirements and Qualifications are not limited to the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer support, and client services.
• Excellent at communicating over the phone and in handling phone calls.
• Basic computer skills and phone system skills
• Filing documents and updating customer profiles/accounts.
• Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Bilinguals are encouraged to apply.

Hours:

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Rotating Saturday 9:00-1:00 PM
