As a CUSTOMER SERVICE representative, you will be responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and helping the customer by being informative, empathetic, positive, and eager to solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any inquiry such as:
- Assisting customers with any questions, concerns, or payments regarding their insurance policy.
- Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to learn and follow all CUSTOMER SERVICE procedures and guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities.
- Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations.
- Must have people skills.
Customer Service Requirements and Qualifications are not limited to the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer support, and client services.
- Excellent at communicating over the phone and in handling phone calls.
- Basic computer skills and phone system skills
- Filing documents and updating customer profiles/accounts.
- Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Bilinguals are encouraged to apply.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Rotating Saturday 9:00-1:00 PM
