Casey State Bank has a full time opening for a Customer Service Representative in Marshall. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payment and check cashing.
- Opening accounts such as checking, savings, safe deposit boxes, CDs and IRAs.·
- Answering customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges and account histories.
- Balancing each day’s transactions and cash totals.
- Assisting with maintaining and balancing the ATM.
- Cross selling bank services and products.
