Customer Service Representative

Casey State Bank has a full time opening for a Customer Service Representative in Marshall. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payment and check cashing.
• Opening accounts such as checking, savings, safe deposit boxes, CDs and IRAs.·
• Answering customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges and account histories.
• Balancing each day’s transactions and cash totals.
• Assisting with maintaining and balancing the ATM.
• Cross selling bank services and products.
