Responsibilities:
Contacting customers to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
Providing outstanding
customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
Documenting all interactions and updating customer accounts accordingly
Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
Demonstrating proficiency in EPIC or similar collections software
Working independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance collections is a must
Must be able to work in a team environment and independently
Previous experience with EPIC is required
