A company, headquartered in Japan with a 65-year history of manufacturing and sales of pet products, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will process orders and answer customers' inquiries. We offer excellent benefits, including medical insurance and paid vacation time.
Responsibilities:
- Pull & Process orders in DI Integrator and QuickBooks.
- Email all processed orders to Warehouse.
- Submit and email tracking information to customers on daily basis.
- Prepare Customer Service data back-up such as monthly orders, shipping reports and bill of ladings on a monthly basis.
- Reply to end-user’s inquiries.
- Take and process replacement parts orders via phone and/or email.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Some Customer Service experiences.
- Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
