Currently, we are seeking a Customer Contact Representative for the Corporate Call Center, located at 4011 Pacific Street, Loomis, CA 95650.

Essential Job Duties:
- Customer Service: Committed to the highest level of Customer Service, including assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner; ability to effectively resolve customer issues or concerns while conveying friendliness and empathy.
- Detail Oriented: Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task; must possess excellent organization abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, text, and chat.
- Scheduling Estimates and Repair Appointments: responsible for scheduling estimate and vehicle repair appointments and coordinating insurance carrier assignments.
- Tow-In Process: responsible for facilitating tow-ins of non-drivable vehicles.
- Computer Skills: ability to learn specialized computer software for collision centers, including CCC1 and Nexsyis, and proficiency in Excel and Word software.
- Administrative: Performs other administrative/clerical-related duties as assigned.
Skill/Requirements:
- Must align with Kniesel’s six Core Values.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with Word and Outlook is required.
- Ability to lift and move boxes, and furniture up to 20 pounds.
- Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Pay Range: $20 to $25 an hour, DOE
