We are seeking a full-time, highly engaged Customer Service Representative in our South El Monte office. We are a Call Center office providing superb customer support, and quality experiences to our customers.
As a customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional Customer Service while maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment. This representative should be team-oriented and have an understanding of professionalism with attention to detail. They will need to be able to identify and assess the customer needs to achieve Customer Service satisfaction while meeting the company's department quota.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide customer support experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Answering inbound phone calls (Approximately 400 – 475 a week minimum)
- Answering Live chats (Approximately 220 - 240 a week minimum)
- Answering emails (Approximately 150- 200 a week minimum)
- Timely responses to customer inquiries and order messages
- Work with required departments as needed to support customer needs
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Maintaining company standards and policies
- Other duties as assigned
Key Skills
- No automotive or parts knowledge is necessary but is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, Spanish is a plus
- Strong listening skills, and must be able to work independently while managing time effectively.
- Energetic communicator, enthusiastic confident attitude, and goal-oriented

Experience
- 1 year of Call Center Customer Service related experience
- 1 year of data entry
- 1 year of Live chat experience
- Experience with high call volume
- Reading comprehension
- Minimum type 35 wpm

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (Office hours during in-office training)
**Flexible work arrangements after in office training is completed
(This role may qualify for work from home after training is complete and employee is able to handle all situations without close follow up)
