Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and handling inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow Call Center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Skills:
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Previous experience in sales or upselling is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
Starting Pay is $3500 Per Month
