Scandia Cabinets is looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our office and shop! Our ideal candidate would be energetic, hardworking, have an eagerness to learn, and demonstrates strong Customer Service & problem solving skills. The Customer Service Assistant would report to the Office Manager and help with daily tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email and in person with speed and professionalism & resolve complaints.
- Manage database records & Scandia's construction software
- Assist Office Manager with tasks as needed
- Perform data entry & research tasks accurately and efficiently
-Purchasing and ordering material
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong Customer Service skills
- Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills
-Aptitude for learning new software and systems
-Must be proficient in Xcel, Word, PPT (Have computer literacy)
-Problem solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
