Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute general office duties.
- Create and review sales order packets for new orders.
- Enter orders in to E2.
- Confirm orders to customers.
- Review customer orders and adjust as needed.
- Generate/review open PO reports for customers and compare to what is enter into to E2.
- Assist with quoting new projects as requested/directed.
- Update pricing for customers per changes in quotation.
- Assist with purchasing components as needed.
- Assist with monthly/quarterly company metrics as needed.
- Assist with Excess Material Process.
- Assist in production building product or as needed.
- Start Quoting Process/send quotes to customers as needed.
- Event planning and organizing (e.g. monthly luncheons, tradeshows, Quarterly Meetings).
- Technical writing for literature, website, advertising, and press releases.
- Assist with HR, Accounting, Sales & Operations as needed.
- Greet Customers entering the building & Greet Customers calling the main phone line.
In addition, may also be responsible for a variety of tasks as needed by our ongoing business and company requirements.

- Two years of customer service experience preferred.
- One year of data entry and administrative experience preferred.
