Customer Service Administrator

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our office team. As a detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service. You will be the problem solver, coming up with creative resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Data input is a breeze for you, as you are quick and accurate in handling information. While a background in Customer Service is preferred, we are open to candidates who are quick learners and have a genuine interest in textiles and home décor. This position includes tasks such as answering the phone, entering orders, filing, and processing paperwork. It requires dependability and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
Please note that this is an in-person, full-time position. We believe in the importance of building strong relationships with our team, and working together in our office fosters collaboration and creativity. Joining our team will provide an opportunity to learn about the manufacturing-to-market process. This position offers hands-on experience in the luxury home textile industry and insights into the world of interior design. Skills in customer management, relationship building, and handling start-to-finish tasks in a fast-paced environment will be gained.

Requirements and skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking
- Reliable attendance working onsite Mon-Fri: 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
