Customer Serivce And Data Entry Clerk

Innovative Smiles LLC in Hatfield, PA is looking for one customer service And Data Entry Clerk to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 107 East Broad St. Our ideal candidate is a detail oriented, motivated, and engaged. This is an entry level position. Applicable experience a plus but we will train.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for incoming cases from dental offices
• Answer phone calls and emails from dental offices to provide information about cases
• Make phone calls or write emails to provide case updates or request information
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Willing to learn industry specific software

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and good communication with fellow employees and customers
• Computer skills; Data Entry, email management, and navigating industry specific software
• Attention to details a must
• Ability to problem solve quickly the concerns customers may have

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.00 - $18.00/hour.
