What You'll Get To Do:
Panasonic Corporation of North America has a need for a Customer Insight Analyst with experience in data mining, data analytics, and metrics optimization. This role is primarily focused on data analytics around website and digital marketing analytics. The Customer insight analyst must be highly proficient in data mining and a data visualization toolset such as Power Bi (highly preferred).
- Analyze marketing funnel and customer intent data.
- Measure ROI of digital campaigns.
- Report on digital KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and website traffic.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Recommend digital optimizations.
- Work closely with marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
- Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs.
- Work with cloud-based BI and data visualization tool such as Power BI for reporting and dashboard delivery.
- Implement new data analysis methodologies as needed.
- Ensure integrity of data collection, validation, and utilization.
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
- Develop and produce data outputs and reporting mechanisms.
- Work closely with key corporate marketing team members and sales company stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
Education and Experience
- BA in Marketing, Business, concentration in marketing is preferred, or similar degree.
- 1+ years in complex, matrixed enterprise or corporate environments managing customer-focused data analysis programs.
- 2+ years of related experience, including preparing, analyzing and reporting on market and sales data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, formulas and macros.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid oral and written communication skills, and professional presentation skills.
- Must have high level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and communicate findings in non-technical terms.
- Experience working with relational databases and statistical applications preferred.
- Experience working with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Project Management Skills preferred.
- Implementing third party marketing tags preferred.
