Consumer Insights/Market Research Managers work in a Client Service Team on a variety of projects and tasks. This position would manage and direct all phases of primary quantitative research, handling multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be someone outgoing and positive, with an analytical mind, great attention to detail, the ability to ask great questions and tune into the answers to find meaningful insights.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing research projects from start to finish
- Assisting in writing proposals
- Choosing study methods
- Designing complex questionnaires
- Outlining sampling and screening parameters
- Analyzing findings and writing reports with meaningful conclusions and implications
- Presenting findings to clients
- Communicating directly with clients to manage business relationships and day-to-day project needs

Requirements:
- Knowledge of and experience using various marketing research methods (including interpreting results and discussing or presenting results)
- A Bachelor’s degree plus 5 or more years of experience in primary marketing research are preferred
- A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
