Customer Fulfillment Representative
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Act as an extension of the branch sales force and Global Sales Organization to support Key Program Initiatives to secure customer satisfaction standards are met.
Handle customer inquiries, process orders and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis.
Secure market level pricing feedback from customers and provide timely price quotations and/or proposals.
Resolve open credit and claims along with direct order variances by working directly with the Operations Team, Customer Finance Services, and involving the Customer Fulfillment Leader for support as needed.
Ownership of open order management responsibilities through expediting backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
Identify and execute profitable growth projects with the Customer Fulfillment Leader to implement for key GSO accounts.
Requirements:
Knowledge of electrical distribution industry or similar distribution environments
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external groups.
Demonstrate high energy and passion for exceeding customer expectations; strong desire to go above and beyond the call of duty
Proven problem solver with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of customer service experience in distribution environment
Working knowledge and experience with Excel, Business Objects and automated order entry systems.
