We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Beverage Order Selector with experience operating riding pallet jacks to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately and efficiently select beverage products according to customer orders, ensuring timely and precise delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Order Selection: Utilize riding pallet jacks to navigate the warehouse and select beverage products based on customer orders.
2. Accuracy and Efficiency: Ensure the accuracy of selected products and adhere to established productivity standards to meet daily quotas.
3. Quality Assurance: Inspect beverage products for quality and report any damaged or expired items to supervisors.
4. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by properly recording product movements and inventory counts.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating riding pallet jacks and handling beverage products to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to fulfill customer orders efficiently and effectively.
7. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on riding pallet jacks and report any issues or malfunctions for timely repair.
8. Cleanliness and Organization: Keep work area clean and organized to facilitate smooth workflow and efficient order selection.
9. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to order selection, inventory management, and quality control processes.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Previous experience as an Order Selector in a warehouse environment, with specific experience operating riding pallet jacks.
2. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
3. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order selection and inventory management.
4. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
5. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines related to warehouse operations, including proper handling of equipment and materials.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
7. Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift Experience: Experience operating forklifts or other types of warehouse equipment in addition to riding pallet jacks.
