Grow your career as a successful Customer Care Specialist within Hyatt Inclusive Collection, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication and liaison with the hotel teams on behalf of InclusiveCollection, part of World of Hyatt guests, travel agency partners, Hyatt and TTOO’s Customer Care teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring revenues are maximized by supporting our direct booking guests and travel agents daily.

A successful Customer Care Specialist will:

  • Respond to all inquiries for direct booking guests, travel agents, Tour Operator clients, Hyatt Consumer Affairs Team and BDM inquiries ensuring all customer service KPI’s are met
  • Log all Customer Care inquiries received for tracking and analytics in the Salesforce database
  • Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned by manager
  • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values

A successful Customer Care Specialist will have:

  • High School Diploma 
  • Prior experience with Travel Industry preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and programs 
  • Knowledge of Sales Force preferred 
  • Spanish speaking a plus but not required

Additional Required Experience:

  • Analytical and detail oriented 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work on various timelines
  • Ability to remain calm while handling stressful situations
  • Highly organized
