Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated bilingual Customer Care Agent to join our growing team. If you thrive on connecting to people, leveraging technology to help you serve customers, and enjoy a team atmosphere remotely, then we’re looking for you! Our Customer Care Agents deliver best in class support and service to our end-use customers, our business accounts, and our internal retail teams. This full-time role responds to customers via email, phone, and live chat. The Customer Care Agent demonstrates a customer-centric mentality in all their actions. This is a standard Monday-Friday, remote, full-time 40 hr work week, with shift changes during the busy summer peak season.
Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely manner
- Navigate through multiple computer software systems to address order and product information specific to customer inquiries
- Proactively reach out to customers with order and product updates
- Provide sizing assistance and product recommendations to customers
- Continuous learning and sharing of DENNIS product knowledge with customers
- Support retail branch operations with customer updates
- Contribute to a productive, friendly, and positive work environment
- Meet goals and objectives for the customer service representative
- Respond to customer reviews and social feedback promptly
- Present consistent professional and friendly demeanor to customers in all communication
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) required
- High School diploma or GED Certificate
- Office or Call Center environment experience
- Proficient in Office 365 for PC, and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Tech savvy, Zendesk and Shopify experience a plus
- Home internet speeds minimum 50 mbps
- Comfortable and capable of working remotely while delivering excellent results
- Excellent oral + written communication skills in both English and Spanish, including customer de-escalation
- Extremely strong active listening, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills paired with a strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team player; self-starter with desire for constant learning
- Ability to work early morning and weekend shifts during peak season

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
