Job description

Pay Range:
$22.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma / GED required
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience within a call center or customer service related field
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Ability to manage deadlines, organize and prioritize work independently
  • Thrives in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Sharp problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent related job experience
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred
  • Auto industry knowledge or experience preferred
