Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma / GED required
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience within a call center or customer service related field
- Highly motivated individual
- Ability to manage deadlines, organize and prioritize work independently
- Thrives in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Sharp problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent related job experience
- Bilingual is a plus
- Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred
- Auto industry knowledge or experience preferred
