ABOUT THE POSITION
The Customer Care Specialist will work from our Monroe, Ohio location and will report to the Office Manager. This position is responsible for invoicing customers, managing equipment rentals, and quoting service contracts. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and has the ability to research and resolve customer issues.
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Answer multi-line phone and direct calls appropriately.
- Set up new customers in Business Central and obtain necessary documents.
- Responsible for reviewing service orders and invoicing equipment, parts, installations, service, and direct shipment orders.
- Submit invoices via invoicing portals.
- Post check and ACH payments.
- Coordinate resolution of past due customer accounts.
- Manage equipment rentals.
- Review and input information for Accounts Payable.
- Oversee office supplies.
- Sort and disperse mail.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 2+ years of experience in an administration function.
- Understanding of purchase orders.
- Previous billing experience and customer service preferred.
- Must be willing to perform various administrative duties.
- Ability to build working relationships with customers, team members and other functional areas to best support mutual objectives.
- Ability to research and resolve customer issues.
- Possess strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
- A friendly personality, high energy level and resilient character.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills.
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have high school diploma.
