The leadership program for girls is based on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience model, which allows girls to discover a positive value system and a strong sense of self, connect with others, build healthy relationships, identify meaningful causes, and take action to make the world a better place. As the Customer Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality customer support service to internal and external customers. To be successful, you should have: High school diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of one year experience in general office practices.

Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent technical computer skills in Microsoft Office with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel and/or introductory knowledge of Publisher desirable.

Knowledge of Outlook and social networking. Ability to assist internal and external customers by researching and providing information and responding to requests promptly. Ability to organize materials and equipment for easy access for all audiences.

Ability to analyze information to determine its priority and handle it appropriately. Ability to work in a team environment with a commitment to contributing to the organizational goals. Volunteer management experience desired.

Process and procedure development and implementation preferred. Valid state driver's license and functioning vehicle for work within the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio region. Your duties as the Customer Care Specialist will include: Provide quality customer service, managing and responding professionally to all inquiries, including email, walk-in, and phone customers.

Provide telephone support on the Customer Care help desk. Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and delivering findings. Engage in problem-solving, including writing and providing solutions to both internal and external customers.

Partner with the data team and inside sales to maintain the council's data integrity by entering information accurately and quickly. Enhance the organization's reputation and brand identity by providing a positive customer experience for all those contacted by email, phone, or in person. Providing support to business services staff as required.
