Elliott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Mt. Pleasant) is seeking a talented and motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and responding to their inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person. In this very active position, you will act as a liaison between the dealership and the customer, ensuring that their inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, electronically, and in person
- Providing accurate and complete information to customers regarding their vehicle
- Recording all customer interactions and maintaining detailed customer records
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal skills - Bi-lingual is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work full time
