We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is driven to succeed and eager to learn about the automotive industry. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a key role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients and supporting our mission to help customers achieve their automotive financing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to automotive financing products and services.
• Educate customers on available financing options, terms, and requirements.
• Process customer applications, documentation, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues .
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.

Qualifications:

• NO EXPERIENCE PREFERRED! We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,180.00 - $10,000.00 per month
