Overview
The Sr. Customer Care Representative will assist in resolving National/Global, Enterprise or Business Direct escalated customer issues regarding discrepancies and/or delays in receipt of product orders or services. Researches and resolves any fax order discrepancies as it relates to product and order entry issues. Liaison between the Customer Service Center, Delivery Couriers/Drivers and the customer to ensure timely resolution of issue. Determines method to resolve problems and executes end result on behalf of the customer, and assists in arranging courier delivery through the Customer Service Center when a resolution cannot be met in a timely manner, with the direction of management.
This will be a remote position, work hours will be Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm eastern time.
Qualifications:
Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrates customer service skills. Excellent problem-solving capabilities. Good organizational and communication skills.
