PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
As a Customer Care Professional you will be responsible to interact with customers/ customer information on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Provides information to customers about product features. Helps customers when they are faced with problems or need information and/or ensure customer information is updated accurately.
This position requires you to work onsite from in Hampton, Virginia. The initial 90 days onsite. After this period, Hybrid model would be in place (minimum 2-3 days onsite per week).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help customers with their questions and complaints
- Give customers information about products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements, where applicable
- Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure the information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, client-specific, and corporate guidelines
- Respond to customers on all inbound/outbound calls
CAREER GROWTH OPPRTUNITIES
- With this position, starting wage is $15/hour, but there is a potential to make up to $17/ hour with a consistent and good performance within 6 months on the jobs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Calm under pressure and can handle higher workload
- Previous customer service / case management experience if preferable
- You have a desire to grow and drive your career forward
