We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues as necessary
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and ensure accuracy of information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to provide a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a bonus but not required
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
