Trinity Wiring and Security Solutions is searching for a full-time Customer Care Representative. We provide smart technology, security and solar to thousands of customers throughout the DC Metropolitan area. We are a security, networking, audio/video and solar company that works directly with residential and commercial clients to provide products and services for either their home or business.
Responsibilities:
This entry level Customer Care Representative is the face of Trinity, you help resolve any customer issues (from scheduling service calls to basic tech support as well as accounts receivable/billing and customer alarm follow up). You help attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. You assist with accounting reporting and tracking, working with different departments to ensure reporting is accurate. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Works under immediate supervision and within a team based environment. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Lastly, this role is very goal oriented, detail oriented and you will work with a team to achieve any given benchmark.
The ideal candidate should display:
Strong time-management, organizational and prioritization abilities. Displaying excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with customers is important. Also the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment is critical.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
