JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Receiving incoming calls
- Transferring calls to coworkers
- Scheduling appointments
- Making outbound calls
- Managing digital calendars with accuracy
- Confirming appointments and project dates
- Preparing packages to mail to customers
- Other general office duties

- Full-time employment (Monday-Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm, Friday: 8 am - 3 pm)
