Customer Care Parts Counter

Lake Automotive Group has an immediate opening in our busy Parts Department for a dependable Customer Service counter person.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team. We are looking for knowledgeable and energetic people who want to sell automotive parts! If you believe in taking care of the customer and the power of teamwork this job is for you!  
Other responsibilities  will include:
- Working at the front desk, directly with customers on their Parts needs
- Shifting into a high gear and bringing a high energy to our fast-paced stores
- Working with Parts department to locate and order parts
 

Qualifications

  -The ideal candidate will have strong Know How and experience of all things automotive and must also bring a passion for delivering Customer Care to their job every day.
Other requirements include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated to train and learn
- Ability to thrive and have fun in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of cataloging AND/OR inventory management systems, a plus
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid drivers license AND/OR reliable transportation
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check
