Acara Solutions has a Customer Care Representative job in Madison, WI. This role is a Temp to Perm Onsite role.
The Candidate will be responsible for processing all order types and determining requirements, answering inquiries, solving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining current & accurate account information. Qualified candidates will have experience in providing a high level of customer service to domestic and international customers.
The pay for this role is $21.00-$22.00 per hour.
Available Shifts:
- a) Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:30 pm
- b) Mon-Fri 8:00 am-4:30 pm
- c) Mon-Fri 9:00 am –5:30 pm
Customer Care Representative-I
job responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound customer calls and emails related to placing orders, order status, product information, or pricing.
- Processes customer orders and complaints in the ERP system (Oracle) promptly and accurately.
- Ensures that customer information is current and accurate
- Commits to meeting individual agent goals
- Contributes to overall KPI targets:
- Meeting individual metric standards such as monthly goals, available/ready phone time, inbound talk time, and service levels.
- Monitoring emails and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborates with multiple departments such as logistics, trade compliance, supply chain, and sales when needed to resolve customer issues
- Create and maintain customer accounts.
- Resolve technical issues over the phone
- Prepare Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA's)
- Recommends specific products to proactively close phone sales
- Attend and Complete departmental and compliance trainings via computer.
- Follows company policies and procedures including quality and safety.
