Awnings by Bigley & Hogshire is a locally owned and operated small business. We are looking for a Customer Care/Office Assistant to round out our team. Duties include Customer contact both by phone and email while providing exceptional customer service. Managing customer contact, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, forecasting, sales follow-up and a small portion of time spent on marketing. If you enjoy a fast paced environment we have the role for you. Be ready to make an impact and stay busy. Ideal candidates have prior retail customer experience, work experience serving customers while multi-tasking. Experience managing receivables and payables is a plus. A positive attitude and professional manner is a must!
