Job Description
Brooke and Lou and Bria Hammel Interiors are hiring for a full-time Customer Care & Fulfillment Specialist. The position could also be part-time with a minimum of 4 days/week.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Handle customer support through phone, email, and live chat acting as face of the company
- Demonstrate empathy and care while enforcing company policies. Act as a brand advocate.
- Coordinate all aspects of post-delivery customer service (for Bria Hammel Interiors as well)
- Process returns, replacements, refunds, and other post-sale transactions
- Answer main phone line for (for Bria Hammel Interiors as well)
Drop Ship Order Fulfillment:
- Review and approve drop-ship purchase orders and send to vendor. Continued tracking of purchase order with vendor
- Provide status updates to customers for product with longer lead times
- Coordinate Bill of Lading/Shipping Labels for large residential drop ship product
- Main point of contact with freight carriers
- Inventory and price checks on drop-ship products
Other:
- Trade account setup
- Attend weekly team meetings and provide weekly leadership updates
- Own various email inboxes keeping them clean and organized
- Train as a backup for receiving and fulfillment of inventory at Brooke & Lou’s warehouse to assist with employee time off.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, independent worker
- Detail and process-orientated
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and tasks, while maintaining a calm, respectful demeanor
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain a neat, business-like appearance and represent the Company in a professional manner
- Experience with customer service and fulfillment coordination preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally and up to 20 lbs. repeatedly and stand for long periods of time for warehouse assistance as needed.
Competencies
Software experience is a bonus: Shopify, Net Suite, Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite
