Key Responsibilities
- Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
- Explores continuous improvement opportunities and develops solutions that result in the organization's ability to do things better, faster, and more efficiently.
- Analyzes website performance metrics with focus on identifying potential process issues. Partners with local leaders to create solutions for Agents.
- Develops procedures, workflows, and job aids to improve escalation and phone support processes.
- Assists leaders in conducting new hire training for Agent onboarding.
- Supports Agents with customer service. Conducts opening duties and provides floor support in alongside leaders.
- Assumes key holder responsibilities during peak times and as business needs arise.
Basic Qualifications
- 1 year of project management or leadership experience OR 1 year of military experience in logistics, operations, or related areas
- Must have access to high-speed internet
