Job Summary: As a Customer Care Associate with Data Stream, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients living in multi-housing communities. You will be our customers' primary point of contact, addressing their inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will be essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and enhancing our company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and professional customer support via phone, email, or live chat.
• Assist customers with registration of new Internet/DIRECTV accounts
• Assist customers in setting up and troubleshooting internet connections and equipment.
• Resolve technical issues related to internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and equipment within service level agreements (SLAs).
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our services.
• Manage customer accounts, including billing inquiries, service changes, and subscription renewals.
• Document and update customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the customer database.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
• Proactively communicate service outages or scheduled maintenance to customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Assist in customer retention efforts by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic technical knowledge of internet connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, and common equipment.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
