- Strong skills in judgment, decisiveness, analysis, communications (both oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Handle complex and challenging analysis, corrections, and testing.
- Learn and process Special Billing and Transportation Accounts.
- Research, review, and correct meter reads based on information received from both meter reading and service orders in SAP/CRM to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Research, review, and correct meter ID numbers and ERT ID numbers utilizing SAP.
- Issue and review work orders to ensure revenues are captured accurately at each address.
- Investigate and process customer requests received from the Call Center concerning possible misapplied payments, incorrect readings, inaccurate rates, etc. and making miscellaneous corrections to their account.
- Perform and document root cause analysis during the process of completing above activities.
- Process billing for specialized and complex accounts utilizing SAP, CRM, and a variety of SharePoint databases.
- Test and analyze billing functionality as needed, including periodic testing for SAP updates.
- Specialize in various areas including tax exemption, HomeServe cases, Transportation accounts, summary accounts, etc.
- Gain a working knowledge of Business Warehouse (BW) reporting.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED.
- Requires a minimum of three (3) years of Billing and SAP experience.
