You will have the ability to: As a Customer Billing Representative III, you will be responsible for performing billing, exception handling, and corrections for SAP processes.
Handle complex and challenging analysis, corrections, and testing.
Learn and process Special Billing and Transportation Accounts.
Research, review, and correct meter reads based on information received from both meter reading and service orders in SAP/CRM to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Research, review, and correct meter ID numbers and ERT ID numbers utilizing SAP.
Issue and review work orders to ensure revenues are captured accurately at each address.
Investigate and process customer requests received from the Call Center concerning possible misapplied payments, incorrect readings, inaccurate rates, etc. and making miscellaneous corrections to their account.
Perform and document root cause analysis during the process of completing above activities.
Process billing for specialized and complex accounts utilizing SAP, CRM, and a variety of SharePoint databases.
Test and analyze billing functionality as needed, including periodic testing for SAP updates.
Specialize in various areas including tax exemption, HomeServe cases, Transportation accounts, summary accounts, etc.
Gain a working knowledge of Business Warehouse (BW) reporting.
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
