JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY

As the company’s Culture & Belonging Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive Culture and Belonging initiatives that align with the organization's values and business objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating environments where diversity is celebrated, equity is ensured, and inclusion is woven into the fabric of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development and leadership.
  • Blend strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to put pen-to-paper to draft plans focused on Culture and Belonging and content that will help colleagues to execute at the local level.
  • Develop a Playbook as a “how to” guide outlining programs and tactics for Culture and Belonging champions to execute in our offices across the company.
  • Support region and office leaders with tools and tactics to bring awareness and engagement to their local initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on diverse outreach and recruiting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to review and enhance policies and procedures to ensure they align with goals.
  • Facilitate alignment with Proposal Development & Marketing team to incorporate focus on Culture and Belonging into external marketing campaigns, proposals, and client-facing materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, professional groups, communities, and stakeholders to stay informed about best practices and trends in this space.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of Culture and Belonging initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support and interface with an enthusiastic regional DEI committee and a DEI council.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and employee resource groups to ensure a unified approach to Culture and Belonging efforts. Engage employees at all levels to build a sense of belonging. Serve as a resource for colleagues nationwide to:
    • Advise on local Culture and Belonging activities.
    • Provide guidance on tactical execution of initiatives.
    • Lead regular meetings of the DE&I Council and collaborate with regional and local offices’ DEI representatives.
    • Attend select regional/office Culture and Belonging events.

EXPERIENCE

6-10 years of demonstrated experience in leading initiatives and programs promoting culture, equity and Belonging, preferably in a leadership or program management role.

EDUCATION

Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field

COMPENSATION

The approximate compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $135,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
