Talking Rock is looking for a Culinary Administrative Assistant!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist manager with administrative functions such as, data entry, and payroll.
- Maintain event order management.
- Food procurement, order food based on information obtained from event order.
- Request quotes from vendors and service providers.
- New vendor submittals to the accounting department.
- Manage food and controllable inventory
- Complete purchase orders with vendor accounts.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory par levels.
- Maintain and update communication boards for the department and any other methods of communication.
- Assist in making buffet labels as needed per Talking Rock standards
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Skills:
- Computer experience especially Microsoft Office software.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
