8:30am-5:00pm - 30 minute mandatory lunch Monday-Friday
- Performing clerical tasks to support daily office operations
- Answering and transferring calls to other employees in the office
- Setting up customers in Service Fusion
- Dispatch service calls, jobs, and estimate accordingly
- Receiving mail and deliveries
- Sending out mail and packages for delivery

Responsible for:
- Scheduling customer visits promptly
- Answering general customer inquiries when possible
- Tracking data
- Tracking time on jobs
- Collections weekly
- Entering receipts when required
- Scan and maintain filing for jobs
- Assisting other office employees with general tasks
- Pull permits and schedule inspections
Experience and Education
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Must have valid driver’s license, and good driving record
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must pass a drug test
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Electrical Experience (not required, but would be preferred)
- Ability to work with Microsoft Software
- Time management
- Problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Service Fusion software (not required, but would be preferred)
- Desire to learn
