Location: Lake Mary, FL /Miami, Florida (Hybrid)
Description:
As a Creative Technical writer you will :-

• Work directly with project managers, software developers, trainers, web admins, and end users to craft weekly documentation, to include job aids, process guides, training guides, release notes, and other field-facing materials.
• Update content on a weekly basis.
• Take materials developed by others and extract relevant content for the user community.
• Craft original materials each week as software is updated and processes are refined.
• Work directly with a dedicated project manager who will assist with publishing of materials.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation and project management
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Google suite
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development

The ideal candidate will have: Content Writing, Technical writing and Documentation.
