Job Description:
Our clients’ studio has the responsibility for creating breakthroughs and delivering them to market at scale. You are a collaborative, passionate and detail-oriented Project Manager, adept at clearing barriers and moving projects forward without sacrificing quality. In partnership with the Studio Manager you will triage, plan, manage, and oversee multiple, multi-faced Creative Projects. On any given day, you may find yourself assisting in the planning and project management of photoshoots, creative for paid media campaigns and product launches; defining, planning, and managing UX projects to communicating design concepts to clients. You are also responsible for managing client expectations, possess the ability to anticipate workload and resources needed for a successful project, and understand working with creatives.
To thrive in this position, you will need excellent project management skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, problem solving, and superior communication skills. You are skilled at articulating creative thinking and capable of tying the creative teams’ decisions to project goals and strategy. In this role, you will work closely with internal marketing communications managers, business stakeholders, creative leads and external partners and agencies. Personality-wise, you are driven, agile, and unflappable, capable of juggling competing priorities with a sense of humor and grace.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own the work plan taking accountability for work streams; developing schedules, key milestones, and action items to be socialized and used for internal teams and external agency partners while keeping the project on track.
- Drive development and execution of complex and large-scale initiatives with cross-functional marketing teams.
- Simplify complex projects and articulate direction within Creative team
- Lead communications during the project lifecycle to ensure all parties are aligned both internal and external.
- Define, negotiate, communicate, implement, and monitor quality standards and creative integrity on all project deliverables.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus creative constraints.
- Delegate tasks as appropriate and ensure all pieces are moving in tandem, effectively, and efficiently including that all stakeholders are acting on deliverables and delivering in a timely manner.
- On occasion write briefs, gather requirements and specifications.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Project Manager/producer in a creative agency or similar experience
- Accomplished presentation and communication skills—both written and verbal
- Understanding the creative process and knowledge of technical requirements for traditional, social, digital, motion and UX mediums.
- Agile thinker, team-oriented and solution-focused. Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with a clear ability to work autonomously, possessing solid decision-making skills.
