Creative Project Manager

We are seeking an outgoing, self-driven, proactive Creative Project Manager with proven experience in project management, customer communications, design collaboration, quality control, and supervising client deliverables. This position requires client interaction, scoping skills, project and detailed budget tracking, and the ability to work with internal accounting and operations. Must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. This is a hybrid role with the majority of the activities able to take place remotely during Pacific Time after a training period of 1-3 months. During the training period remote work will be closer to 25% depending on prior experience.

Ideal Skills and Experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with external clients and internal teams

• Design agency or fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-traffic marketing department experience

• Proven record managing multiple projects with successful dynamic priority-setting talents, to meet ever-changing and aggressive client deadlines.

• Ability to scope a project for new or existing client, and successfully track project hours to meet budget parameters.

• Core account management duties: soft skills needed to engage with clients to plan work, increase opportunities, and successfully build a forecast pipeline.

• Understand client brand guidelines and ensure compliance in deliverables.

• Ability to learn quickly and master a variety of subject matter.

• Understand the creative process, able to listen to a client’s needs, then translate into organized design instructions.

• Tight quality control checks on design deliverables, attention to detail and consistency

• Knowledge of CRM and how to use it to track client interactions.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Lower Degree with additional extended Experience acceptable)

• 5+ years of professional work experience, with at least 2 years of project management and creative team experience

Additional Desired Skills

• Familiarity with using a time tracking tool, Agile Project Management, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics CRM.

• Understanding of OFTs and experience managing communications programs.

• Experience managing the production of multi-deliverable marketing Build of Materials (BOMs) and event materials.

Pay Ranges for this Position

• $30 to $50 per hour depending on experience
