Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of marketing personnel, including artists, photographers and videographers, and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Create and review processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage, develop and coach employees.
- Motivate employees in a positive way to create a team-effort work environment.
- Oversee the design and production operations of all visual elements, including publications and social content that are deployed across digital and print.
- Collaborate with artists and other departments daily.
- Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and Internet websites.
- Track projects status and report on a weekly basis.
- Manage feedback process between internal customers and the Marketing team.
- Proactively help problem solve on art and technical issues.
- Hire, train, and onboard new marketing staff.
- Support team with marketing tasks as workload necessitates.
- Troubleshoot any potential issues related to marketing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an art production or related field
- At least 3 years of management/leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge and usage of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including: Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Extensive experience working with Mac computers and associated software.
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
