This team member is a part of the Suncadia Marketing Department, and the position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing for Hospitality. This position is hybrid, providing a flexible work model that is a blend of both in-office and remote. The Creative Services Manager will always conduct themselves in a professional manner with a demeanor that supports the purpose and values (supporting behaviors) at Suncadia. The Creative Services Manager shall always strive to provide exceptional service to both internal/external guests and team members. They will be responsible for exemplifying the Suncadia culture and promoting Suncadia as the destination and employer of choice!

- Ensure brand consistency and integrity of all artworks produced within the department
- Develop concepts by studying relevant information and materials, and that fit the need of the project
- Manage project management system for all design tasks and deliverables
- Work closely with marketing leadership and Creative Services team to standardize and streamline design review process
- Responsible for creation of marketing and sales assets; brochures, fliers, posters, signage, business cards, digital/print advertisings, emails, and more
- Reviews HTML code to ensure compatibility with major email clients and adherence to creative guidelines
- Design and oversee creation of HTML email blasts, web newsletters, and web landing sites in partnership with creative vendors
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts for digital campaigns
- Manage the production of digital assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and advertising
- Work with third party vendors to request estimates, place orders, approve proofs, source new processes/efficiencies and stay abreast of production trends
- 5+ years professional graphic design experience
- Well versed in Adobe Creative Cloud programs including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, email creation programs and tools, web tools, and more
- Strong knowledge of both typography and color theory
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and excellent time management
- Detail oriented with an eye for visual composition
- Ability to work well with teams and collaborate with all departments
- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing/computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc)
- Degree in Design, Marketing, or similar field
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Experience with computer-aided design
- Fundamental knowledge of web development including basic understanding of HTML and CSS
