What You Will Do:
- Focus on new development and enhancements to existing products.
- Work cross-functionally (work with technical team and business side of the company to ensure product development is done at the highest standard with the end user in mind).
- Communicate the voice of the user and customer in decisions made regarding future product deliverables
- Take ownership and accountability of ensuring that our solutions deliver meaningful value to users, clients, and the business.
- Take on new projects – i.e. UI redesign, new plugin for the app and plan out the use case, timeline, and deliverables.
- Get involved in large enterprise accounts to understand specific functionality and custom use cases when necessary.
- Oversee analytics platform to gather key insights on product usage so we can optimize.
- Provide weekly updates to executive team on challenges, wins, and timelines.
- Have the opportunity to lead the Product team as it scales
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Manager experience working on new product development
- Tech savvy - Able to execute on the technical side (solid technical team in place with agile model).
- Experience working efficiently and effectively with an offshore development team.
- Team-centric - Willing to put team above self. You are all about what’s best for the company, regardless of personal credit.
- Organized - Strong attention to detail.
- Driven, ambitious – Ambitious career goals with the intent to take on more responsibility
- Friendly and Likable – A natural people person who’s able to front-face with our customers.
Compensation: $140,000-$160,000
