GXC is seeking to hire a Countermeasure Division Service Coordinator (CDSC). Reporting to the Countermeasure Division Director, the CDSC will be responsible for receiving and processing initial requests for service, maintenance, and/or installation of technical countermeasures offered by GXC. The CDSC will be chiefly responsible for scheduling and deconflicting the scheduling of GXC’s Countermeasure Technicians; engagement with customers and key stakeholders; the Countermeasure Division Director, and the Countermeasure Division Administrative Assistant. This position will require the constant documentation of process-oriented assessment via a digital communication platform and project management system. These processes are associated with the critical information needed to ensure the effective and timely delivery of service, which directly aligns with the programs performance and functionality.
Essential Functions:
- Opening customer communications to establish installation and site visit dates, while obtaining all necessary information outlined within our standard operating procedure and project management system to establish readiness for installation.
- Assisting Countermeasure Division Manager with all scheduling and coordination of Countermeasure Technician assignments based on a strategic model.
- Effectively communicating all relevant data to the Countermeasure Division Administrative Assistant for their awareness and documentation within the project management system.
- Communicating on a weekly basis with the manufacturer on installation/job status.
- Populating and Maintaining an Outlook Calendar, detailing Countermeasure Technician schedule with the inclusion of the Sales Representative for awareness of all current operations.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in EST or CST due to business hour needs
- Two-year college degree or equivalent experience in similar role
- Detail oriented, organized, and motivated
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
