Advanced Dermatology, P.C. is seeking an experienced Cosmetic/Plastic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!
Candidate must be open to traveling between our NYC & NJ locations.
Position Summary:
Your primary role will be to promote and sell dermatological cosmetic products and procedures, provide product knowledge to patients, and support the overall success of the cosmetic department. You will work closely with the Aesthetic Director, Dermatologists, surgeons, patients, and surgical team to ensure exceptional customer service and increase sales revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell plastic surgery procedures and non-surgical aesthetic services through contacting patient prospects daily. Selling to prospective patients through extensive phone conversations and live consultations. Comfort with quoting and selling procedures and treatments is necessary. Making several calls and emails daily can regularly be a part of this position so you must love people, phones, and computers.
- Social Media Content Collection - Asking patients for permission to photograph or video record their results, testimonials, and experience. This content is then given to the social media marketing team for posting/editing/etc.
- Task orientation, honesty, timely completion of assignments, and an innate desire to "get things done" is a must. Knowledge of medical software like Mod Med is preferred but not required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and digital content to support cosmetic sales.
- Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and revenue forecasts for management review.
- Assist patients in scheduling and coordinating cosmetic treatments and procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinates efforts with the Director of Nursing to ensure availability of needed equipment, requested staff, and/or ancillary services.
- Responsible for capturing complete and accurate clinical, demographic, and financial information on patients scheduled at the surgery center, including medical clearances for nursing review.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, advancements, and industry regulations in dermatological cosmetic products and treatments.
- Responsible for communicating to the Director of Nursing, and other appropriate employees, for all cases and procedures.
- Capability to travel to meet Doctors, Staff & Patients.
- Participating in events is required.
- Connecting & outreach to further expand our cosmetic awareness.
2-5+ years of sales experience - preferably in cosmetic medical, plastic surgery, direct sales, Vector Marketing, medical device or pharma or spa sales fields or similar.
