Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager who will assist the Director of Corporate Sales & provide excellent service to our customers along with leadership to the sales reps. The Corporate Sales position will be responsible for growing sales, opening new accounts, building relationships with key customers for the Premium, Incentive, Promotion, B2B, and Hospitality channel.
Your Main Tasks Will Be:
Customer Understanding: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of our customers, their evolving needs, and actively pursue the opening of new accounts.
- New Customer Acquisition Strategy: Support & assist in implementing innovative strategies to acquire new customers, expanding our market reach & drive business growth.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and healthy relationships with all customers, with a focus on key accounts critical to our success.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to analyze sales performance, evaluating the effectiveness of strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
- Business Metrics: Drive sales growth, maintain a robust gross margin, exercise cost control measures, and contribute to positive improvements in key operating statistics.
- Sales Planning: Assist in establishing an expected plan for future and existing products through market research, historical analysis & collecting intelligence from major customers or platforms.
- Incentive Programs: Help develop and implement quarterly incentive programs for sales representatives to motivate and reward them for achieving targets.
- Leadership: Assist Director of Corporate Sales in leading and managing our sales representatives through regular calls, goal setting, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Training: Help with ongoing training and development programs for sales representatives to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
- Events & Trade Shows: Coordinate, assist & organize occasional trade shows, both interstate & in New York, as well as events hosted in our New York showroom.
- Travel: Be prepared for travel to visit customers, prospects, sales representatives, trade shows, and other business-related activities including meetings in Mt.Laurel, NJ.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to support the company's growth, wearing various hats as needed to contribute to overall success.
- Cultural Integration: Embrace the Swedish culture by learning about our designers, heritage, and production processes.

Education & Experience:
- 1-3 years’ experience in Sales particularly in Premium, Incentive, B2B Special Markets
- Knowledge of hospitality industry a plus
- Excel Proficiency: Showcase advanced proficiency in Excel, leveraging data analysis and spreadsheet capabilities to enhance decision-making processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fast-Paced Excellence: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a proactive approach to deliver results consistently and meet tight deadlines.
Location:
- Office space will be in our 41 Madison Ave., New York showroom.
- Option to work remote on occasion.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
